Across more than 50 events in regions including Asia, Africa, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), 50 regional winners are selected.

These entrepreneurs compete in the final event held in Lausanne in March 2016. After pitching their products and ideas, the winner is chosen by a jury of investors and entrepreneurs from leading ventures.

The final event will be hosted at the SwissTech Convention Centre at EPFL. Within this event, startups from emerging hubs will take part in breakout sessions, panel discussions, and specialized workshops led by top speakers. Participants will also connect with other innovative startups and compete for equity investment of up to $1.5 million.
