How Tractive automated the localization with Lingohub?

Tractive GmbH is an Austria-based company (Pasching) that was founded in 2012. They are a global market leader in GPS tracking for cats and dogs, and Tractive’s mission is to keep pets around the world safe and healthy,  and build a connection between them and their owners using modern technologies. 
 
Today, Tractive GmbH has more than 250 people from 35 different countries contributing to the safety and well-being of pets worldwide in 17 languages and we at Lingohub are proud that for 10+ years, we have been supporting the Tractive team with their mission.

Since Tractive offers its product and services to customers worldwide, we needed a tool that could support a wide range of languages to cater to our diverse client base and international operations. Also, we wanted to have a user-friendly tool that can "grow with us" and our needs.

The worldwide spreading and support of a significant amount of languages required a tool that could cover all tasks, from fast and accurate website and app localization content to emails and newsletter translation. 
 
Because of this, Tractive was looking for a translation management system with the proper API to build a smooth and automated translation workflow. The important things were also the user-friendliness and the tool's ability to scale and grow with the Tractive team to cover future needs.

Easy integrations and APIs with development tools and Figma allowed Tractive to simplify the entire localization process. Now, the content changes after uploading are shown in the interface and can be quickly updated by the translators, so the localization process is smooth and seamless. 
 
Having a Translation Memory is key to speed up the translation process by providing suggestions for already translated segments and keep the content consistent, while different translation statuses, search features, etc., help effectively manage projects.
