We are a Linz-based company and help software companies from all over the world to internationalize their products. Our customers, such as Erste Bank, Spotify, Esports League, Universal, and many more have relied on LingoHub's translation tool for years.

To strengthen our team we are now looking for a motivated Sales Engineer / Customer Success Manager.

Sales Engineer / Customer Success Manager

Your role in the team

  • You build, maintain and grow relationships with new product signups, current trial users, and existing customers.

  • You demonstrate technical expertise in product demonstrations and customer onboardings

  • As the first touch point for our users, you deeply understand our customers’ problems, needs and wishes and create solutions for them.

  • You support our diverse, global client base - from small startups to leading enterprises

  • You develop a deep understanding of our software and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvements, e.g. for our product roadmap, our help center and other content assets

  • You coordinate feature requests, customer bugs and requirements within our team

Your profile

  • You have IT experience and a technical background

  • You have a solid technical knowledge about the current web technologies, frameworks and programming languages

  • You have fluent written and spoken English skills

  • You have the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms

  • You have great troubleshooting skills

  • You are eager to learn and to develop new skills and to try new tools

Why work at LingoHub

The minimum basic salary under the collective agreement is EUR 1,960 gross/month. However, we offer a significantly higher gross monthly salary depending on qualifications and experience.
