Managing organization settings

The organization settings allow you to manage your organization's basic information, your subscription plans, and billing information, as well as some of your translation tools.

Accessing the organization settings

To access the organization settings, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the organization in the drop-down menu on the left side of the top navigation bar.
  2. Click settings in the top navigation bar.


A drop-down menu will appear. The options of the drop-down menu will be listed below.


In the profile settings, you can:

  • Update your organization's basic information:

    • avatar
    • name
    • Organization URL - The organization URL is used in our public REST API as a path parameter. If you are using our API and you change the organization URL, make sure that you update your requests as well.
  • Delete your organization.
    Note: Deleting an organization is irreversible and will delete all its associated projects and data. Check out our guide on how to delete an organization.



The subscription section of the organization settings is divided into two parts :

  • Your current subscription plan overview where you get information about your plan, the date of the next due payment, the number of seats, and text segments you have used. You also have the possibility to change your payment options.


  • An overview of available subscription plans where you get detailed information of all the features available for each plan. You can switch to another subscription plan here.


Note: The subscription plan prices may change depending on whether you choose to be billed monthly or yearly. The yearly option is usually cheaper.

In the billing section, you can:

  • set and manage your billing and payment information.

  • get all your invoices from your subscription and translation orders. These invoices can be downloaded, if needed, as PDF files.


Note: Once you set the currency in your billing information, it cannot be changed anymore.

Term bases

In the term bases section, you can create new term bases and manage the existing ones. Please consult this guide to learn more about term bases and how to use them.

The translation memories section allows you to create and manage your translation memories. Please check out this guide for a better understanding of translation memories and their usages.


Style guides

In this last section of the organization settings, you can define and manage your style guides. These guides are a set of standards the translators need to take into account when working on texts.
