Creating organizations

An organization represents your company within LingoHub. It is where you store all your translation projects and define the term bases, translation memories, and style guides that are going to be used.

There are two ways to create an organization:

  • From the onboarding process, after signing up:

    LingoHub will automatically ask for an organization name during the initial setup, as shown in the image below.


    Note: You can only use this way to create an organization during signing up.

  • From the top navigation bar

    To create an organization from the top navigation bar, follow the steps below:

    1. Click the organization drop-down menu on the left side in the top navigation bar.

    2. Click switch organizations.

      The organization overview page will be displayed, as shown in the image below.


    3. Click create organization.


    4. Add an avatar (optional) and name (required).


    5. Click create organization.
