Our experience, knowledge and lessons learned - all here just for you.
The organization settings allow you to manage your organization's basic information, your subscription plans, and billing information, as well as some of your translation tools.
Accessing the Organization Settings
The organization settings can be accessed from the top navigation bar.
Managing your organization settings
Following are the different organization settings that you can manage :
In the profile section of the organization settings, you can :
- Update your organization's basic information: avatar, name, url
- Delete your organization. Be aware that deleting an organization is irreversible and will delete all its associated projects and data.
The organization's url is used in our public REST API as a path parameter. So, if you are using our API and you change it, make sure that you update your requests as well.
The subscription section of the organization settings is divided into 2 parts :
- Your current subscription plan overview where you get information about your plan, the date of the next due payment, the number of seats, and text segments you have used. You also have the possibility to change your payment option :
- The list of available subscription plans where you get the detailed information of all the features available for each plan and have the possibility to switch to another subscription plan.
The subscription plans' prices may change depending on whether you choose to be billed monthly or yearly. The latter option is usually cheaper.
You can learn more about the Subscription Plans in this guide.
In the billing section, you can set and manage your billing and payment information as well as get all your invoices from your subscription and translation orders. These invoices can be downloaded, if needed, as PDF files.
Once you set the currency in your billing information, it can't be changed anymore.
You can learn more about Billing and Payment Information in this guide.
In the term bases section, you can create new term bases and manage the existing ones. Please consult this guide to learn more about term bases and how to use them.
The Translation Memories section allows you to create and manage your translation memories. Please check out this guide for a better understanding of translation memories and their usages.
In this last section of the organization settings, you can define and manage your style guides. These guides are a set of standards the translators need to take into account when working on texts.
A documentation is available for more details about the Style Guides.
